  I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Save your time and money and frustration and do not even consider this place at all. They don’t have any thing together. It was so promising initially and the apartment room itself is nice. The club house burned down and the pool was only open for one month. They claim they’re “working on it” but there’s been zero work done and no discounts provided for no longer having amenities. They have posted our rent wrong twice and sent us eviction notices both times becuse they posted the wrong amount and went back later to change it. They double charged rent one month online on accident and when I disputed it they claimed I was late to pay rent and sent an eviction notice. They took our address off our mailbox because they “forgot someone lived there” and all our mail over the summer was returned to its sender. They do not maintain the property. The gates are always broken, closed and not working (been locked out a bunch), or always open (so what’s the point). They used to pay for cable and cut off that perk Halfway through our lease and switched the bill to our account without notice. They are rude and don’t resolve anything because it’s always “our fault” for not finding their mistakes sooner. Please don’t waste your time with this terrible property management company. I’ve had several neighbors already move out because of the same issues. They will screw you over.

  I am very interested in these apartments. I am seeing alot of negative things about the management but i am applying for an apartment now and they have been very nice.I really hope to be approved.
