  All members of the medical staff were extremely personable and helpful, and attempted to make my time there as pleasant as possible. They did an excellent job of explaining what was scheduled, and how it was to be performed. They demonstrated a professional, but caring attitude which helped us relax, even though my procedure was delayed for over an hour. My wife and I are so grateful that we have such an excellent medical facility nearby now to take care of us when needed.
