  We showed up Tuesday March 20, 2018 @ 1:35 PM. The door was locked and no one there. Another contractor was also waiting (He also noted that the Pella sales person didn't show up to an earlier appointment). I called the listed number which went to a national call center. They said that they should have been opened and didn't know why. I got a hold of a sales person, but he said he didn't have anything to do with the Raleigh show room. We then drove to the Greensboro showroom and experienced a worse situation, but I'll post that under their review. I suggest avoiding these folks. No one appears to know what their doing. Interesting to note, virtually all the positive reviews are from people who have only posted one review....Hmm, something doesn't smell right.
