  To the guy who posted below:
  
  The sign says $3 per 1/4 pound. Therefore if you purchased 1.09 pounds of candy, your total was correct.
  
  Make sure you read the entire sign before you criticize a business. It turns out you're dissatisfaction was your own fault.
