  I've been going to Pulse almost weekly for two years. The instructors are patient and respectful and will always provide helpful guidance to prevent injury. Even in the beginning, I never felt judged if I couldn't keep up or get a position perfect. I have seen a vast improvement in my flexibility, strength, and energy over the last two years. The instructors' positive attitudes and constant encouragement drive me to keep trying and to perfect my form. I would recommend Pulse to anyone looking for Pilates classes in the triangle.
