  With less than 24 hours notice (3:30 in the afternoon the day before they were supposed to arrive at 9:00 in the morning) they called to say their truck "broke down" and they were going to have to cancel. No suggested alternatives. Just that the "only truck they have that serves the area" had transmission trouble and they weren't going to be able to do the move. Beware! I can't post a review without giving a star. If they offered negative stars, they'd get a minus 5. The worst.
