  The repairman called to let me know that he was running late. He was polite and cheerful.He put on foot covers to protect the house floors. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and offered suggestions.This is everything I am looking for when appliances misbehave.
  With an experience like this, I will call Sears Home Services for the 16 salons that I own in the area. Thank you Thank you!
