  Best place to live downtown period. Factoring in the price with the amenity's that are provided I was unable to find anywhere else that I was interested in. Great for younger adults, plenty of friendly people around here to meet. Noise really isn't too much of a problem coming from surrounding rooms. I live on the 2nd floor so I do get a bit off the street but it is easily suppressed by a white noise generate.
