  Service really gone downhill since Lynette left. Had an appt today at 11:00 and arrived 10:50. Staff was openly complaining about staffing but no sense of urgency, they were just going through the motions. One of the two then disappears in the back for 10 mins and comes out with food on her face. Apparently they had overbooked 11:00 appts, but rather than honoring "first in" they took someone that came in after me. Spend a couple bucks more and go to Arrow, where they know how to read a clock and provide good service.
