  Self Service Kiosk during off hours is often out of order. It is unfortunate. If you are able to get here when there are people available to help you, then it is great.
  
  Edit: 5 times in a row I have come in the evenings over the past few months, and the kiosk has either been out of order and/or their package drop off bin has had a stuck door so you can't mail anything. Waste of time to even try coming here after hours or on the weekend. I am just going to use UPS for all packages from now on.
