  The receptionist checking people in named Darci is absolutely horrible and should not have a job at an emergency department! We recently moved to the area and back home I worked in an emergency department so I have experience in this setting. She had no sense of urgency and when I asked if she could speed it up a bit she clearly got slower! She even had the audacity to stop scanning my fiancés insurance cards and walk them to the back to make "copies" as slow as humanly possible. My fiancé was about screaming in pain and crying and this woman, who is the first face you see, was so uncompassionate and disrespectful I now know to never come back to this er again even though we live right around the corner nor would I recommend anyone else coming here.
