  My friend suggested to stay here for my birthday weekend. It was not what I expected. The pool wasn't working (reason why we booked). Some of the doors didn't work coming in from outside smh. And the the keys to the rooms weren't working on the last night we stayed. For this building to only have been built for 7 years it should be in better shape. The tub didn't drain properly. And we were told that they had a bed bug problem not too long ago. There were stains in sheets and rags. From this experience I will continue to stay at Hyatt. One good thing about it was that Anthony was very helpful and friendly at the front desk.
