  One year ago I would have given Regatta five stars but after the new parking I am extremely disappointed. I frequently have to park multiple buildings away from where I live all because I can’t pay an extra $25 per month even though parking was included in my lease...guess they failed to mention it would be three buildings down and walking at night by myself. But as long as they get money right? Good community and maintenance staff but I will not renew my lease here again and I would not recommend to anyone.
